  Issue and Critical Activity Reporting

Issues Reporting Information System (IRIS)

The Issues Reporting Information System (IRIS) is designed to document and track critical activities pertaining to multi-departmental projects.  This tool is for corporations that implement and follow a policy of management review of projects designated as critical to the overall effectiveness and profitability of the organization.  There are three main modules:

Critical Activity Status (CAS)

This module provides for entering the primary project definition information such as name, objectives, sponsors, functional areas, launch date and up to four unique phase review reporting dates.  After the project is defined, critical activity entries are created that identify the task, department responsible, due dates and status.  As the project progresses, these activities are updated and closed while additional activities are added and assigned to departments.

Core Team Meeting Minutes

The Core team meeting is a regularly schedule meeting of management that will review and update the CAS projects.  The Core Meeting Minutes Form provides a tabbed form for the core team to record such functions as Attendance, Administration Updates, Highlights, Decisions Made, Activities, and a "Parking Lot" for ideas on hold.

PAC Meeting Minutes

The PAC Meeting consists of corporate executives that are responsible for making decisions on requests for actions from the Core team and form the CAS system.  The PAC Minutes Form tracks the detailed requests received from the Core team and the decisions made concerning these requests
